Join me as I help judge one of the best sustainable fashion events in Atlanta!
Night of Spectacles is a fundraiser for the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation, with proceeds benefiting the vision and hearing programs that allow under-insured Georgians to maintain healthy and productive lives.
Fashion Design students from throughout the state are supplied with broken eye wear pieces collected through the Lighthouse's Recycling Program and challenged to create high fashion designs embellished with and inspired by vision and eye wear. Final designs are modeled by Lighthouse Volunteer Doctors in a runway show at the event; the designer of the winning dress receives a scholarship.
