~September 2001~I can never forget.

Three weeks before September 11, 2001, I stood in the window of my brother Dan's office at Brooks Brothers, located on Church St. at One Liberty Plaza, directly across the street from the Twin Towers waiting to have lunch.

On September 15th, 2001, I stood along with my brothers, Lex & Daniel, and good friend, Betsy in the middle of the street wearing a Con Edison environmental hazard mask along with the NYPD, NYFD, Clergymen & women, lined up empty ambulances, armed Military, FBI agents, the ATF, mountains of unused medical supplies, hills of plastic water bottles, amid tons of paper shifting in the wind, various small office supplies scattered everywhere, pieces of cloth, hundreds of stunned & displaced people {most sobbing and many on their knees}, piles of dust & ashes, smoke, an acrid smell, bent metal & broken glass, scorched earth, wood & brick and looked up at a perfectly beautiful blue sky.
